No changes to the exterior of your home should be made without prior approval from the ARC. Approvals are based off the documents and conformity of the neighborhood.

Examples of acceptable roof colors are brown, black and gray. Examples of acceptable paint colors are neutral color pallets.

Residents are urged to take the time these next few weeks to weed and treat their properties. Covenant Enforcement is out twice a month and letters will be going out if your landscaping is lacking in appearance.
